Thank you for your cooperation.

For the foreseeable future, all clients will be expected to abide by the following policy updates in order to receive service at this time. We will continue to revise these measures as more information becomes available.

Appointments Highly Reccomended.

To schedule a new service, please contact the studio by phone at (928)213-8590. At this time, our lobby has reopened but we continue to have a high volume of traffic.

Masks are recommended.

While recommended, masks are currently optional. This may change due to certain circumstances at any given time. If you feel more comfortable with our piercers and artists in masks, please let us know so we can accommodate you.

Nasal & Oral piercings:

While we are currently do not require you to be fully vaccinated for under the mask piercings, we do recommend you be fully vaccinated to keep our other clients and employees safe. Please see our ID policies here.

One guest allowed per client.

One guest per client will be allowed for the duration of your visit. Please refrain from bringing large groups as we will continue to limit the number of individuals allowed in the lobby at one time. We are not a large shop, so please keep the number of guests to a minimum. As well, please keep young children home, a shop with sharps and biohazard materials is not a safe environment for children.

Limited scheduling for minors.

We are now offering minor earlobe piercings for children 8-13 years of age by appointment Monday - Saturday. We will continue to perform ear piercings, facial, and navel piercings on anyone 14 - 17 years of age at this time with parental consent and proper documentation. Be sure to come prepared with the proper documents in order to be pierced at your appointment time. To view our full list of county-required documents, click here.

Bring only the essentials.

Please limit bringing extraneous belongings with you to your appointment. Think; ID, phone, keys, and wallet. All items must be kept in your pocket or purse. No food or drink will be permitted inside the shop. We have water and tea available to all our clients during their visit.

Reschedule if you feel unwell.

Please do not come if you are showing any signs of illness. It is difficult to distinguish between allergy symptoms and signs of illness, so please make sure to take allergy medicine prior to your appointment. Your appointment will be rescheduled for you if you display these symptoms as the time of the appointment.

Arrive on time.

To maintain our shop and to allow time for thorough cleaning in between every client, please be on time to your appointment. We ask that you don’t come more than 10 minutes before your appointment, and if you are running late for any reason, call us and we will be happy to reschedule you. Failure to arrive on time will result in the loss of your deposit.

Failure to adhere to these safety measures will result in the rescheduling of your appointment and possible forfeiture of your deposit. We will continue to adapt our policies as more information becomes available. Thank you for your cooperation.
