Deposits:
For Tattoos: We take a $100 deposit for all of our tattoo appointments. Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The $100 goes towards the total cost of your tattoo and is taken off on the final appointment. If in the case you cancel your appointment, do not show up to your appointment time, or change your design concept, your deposit will be forfeited and used as a drawing fee to cover the cost of the piece prepared for you. We ask that you limit the amount of reschedules needed, we understand that things come up so we allow one free reschedule. Deposits for rescheduling will be held and transferrable for up to three months from your original appointment date, deposits held for longer than three months will be forfeited. After that we will require a new deposit for each appointment made to hold time. For all cancellations deposits will be lost.
For Piercings: We take a $10 deposit for all of our piercing appointments. Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The $10 is to guarantee that an appointment spot is being held for you, and is taken off your total transaction at your appointment time. If in the case you cancel your appointment, do not show up to your appointment time, or fail to bring required documentation, your deposit will be forfeited. We ask that you limit the amount of reschedules needed, we understand that things come up so we allow one free reschedule. After that we will require a new deposit for each appointment made to hold time. For all cancellations deposits will be lost.
Rescheduling:
We understand that life can be unpredictable and are happy to reschedule your tattoo appointment for you. To keep your deposit, you must let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit. We will need a new deposit in order to reschedule you.
